Spiced beef is traditionally eaten around the Christmas season. Made with cured beef coated with our own blend of spices. We recommend covering with cold water in a saucepan and simmer for 2 – 3 hours or until really soft. The spiced beef should be covered in liquid at all times. Not to be eaten hot instead serve cold as starter or nibbles.
